Functionality, ecology, and good design are important lighting differentiators based on our LED profiles, which determine their unflagging popularity.
FLAT8 is an inlet profile, thanks to which we can emphasize selected elements of the decor and create the right atmosphere in the room. The profile design requires mounting the LED strip in the side wall of the profile, thanks to which the profile shines with its entire surface. It is enough to equip the profile with an 8 mm wide LED strip and a minimum density of 120p / m and H cover opal to enjoy a continuous light line without visible LED spots.
Mounting the FLAT8 aluminium profile in a milled slot in a board is possible using a dedicated U flexible mounting plate (cone U mounting plate—veneering the profile with the mounting surface; U mounting plate—keeping the profile at a gentle distance from the mounting surface) or an X mounting plate, which ensures solid installation in plasterboard. You can also use good-quality double-sided tape or mounting glue.
In addition to the aesthetic function, the profile is to serve as a heat sink that is designed to extend the life of the LED strip, protecting it from excessive overheating. On the other hand, the compatible cover and ending caps protect the strip against dirt and mechanical damage.
