Information regarding the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Clarumled Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Ostrowska 354, 61-312 Poznań, Poland, info@clarumled.com, phone: +48 735939920) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date in which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Please return or hand over the item to us immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day period has expired. We will bear the cost of returning items that can be sent by parcel post. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning goods that, due to their nature (oversized goods 3m and 4m), cannot be sent by GLS or courier. The cost of returning 3m and 4m goods is estimated at a maximum of 100.00 EUR Net. The value of the returned items should not be lower than the return costs.
