SLIM8 LED aluminium surface profile of the Polish company TOPMET, according to its tiny dimensions is perfect as lighting for shelves, stairs, pedestal and undercounter surfaces.
SLIM8 LED profile is equipped with Slick socket that allows you to use A slide cover and C2 click cover especially in case the profile has been mounted in a hard-to-reach place where it is not possible to slide the cover in.
It is recommended to mount SMART8 LED profile using dedicated resilient mounting clip Z (mounting clip Z cone – veneering the profile with the mounting surface; mounting clip Z – keeping the profile with a gentle distance from the mounting surface).
In addition to the aesthetic function, the profile is to serve as a heat sink in order to extend the LED strip life by protecting it from excessive overheating. The compatible diffuser cover and end caps protect the LED strip against dirt and mechanical damage.

The covers differ in the material they are made from and the transparency degree. Due to this differentiation it is possible to plan the light dispersion and obtain the desire light effect. The transparent cover absorb the least light, next is frosted and opal.
